Along with our self-service wine machines, we've brought an amazing chef out of Washington, DC to execute our menu. We update our menu several times a year to reflect the changing seasons and wine offerings. Of course they're paired with intricate detail and just waiting for you to explore the possibilities. We also have a dessert menu paired with complementary wines. Gluten Free? Our chef is well prepared to handle just about any Allergy you can throw at them. Our menu will always have featured gluten free selections and our chefs are well prepared to accommodate any allergy or cuisine preference. Just Ask! Parallel features over 50 wines by the glass, specializing in wines from around the world. We pride ourselves in an ever changing wine list - the selection can be unlimited. In addition to our wine selections from behind the bar, we have Wine Stations that allow you to enjoy many additional wines per glass. This is one of the few places where you can actually taste a $100 bottle of wine before purchasing the bottle. In addition to our Extensive Wine List, Parallel carries a list of over 50 Specialty/Craft bottle beers as well. We've also recently added several ciders to the lineup.
